Please read the following information regarding ticket purchases and mailing.

The tickets will be mailed to the person who is purchasing them. All tickets will be listed under the name of the purchaser, even if you enter different names in the form details. Once you receive your tickets, you can distribute them as desired if purchasing for others and we will confirm with the purchaser if the winning ticket was distributed as a gift.

The winning ticket will be announced by name and ticket number and we will contact the purchaser of the winning ticket.

You do not need to present your ticket to win.

How the form works:

1. Choose the ticket quantity you would like to purchase.
2. Enter only your name. All tickets will be listed under the purchaser’s name.
3. Complete payment by leaving the top static button clicked.
4. Complete the payment form.
5. You must enter an address for your tickets to be mailed to.
