You will be eligible to receive the premiums upon completion of your four Platinum Life Quarterly Membership payments of $2,500 totaling to $10,000.

Please inform us in the comment box if you do not want to receive any of the premiums.  Otherwise, you will receive them in the mail within 2-3 weeks, we will contact you regarding the Sig Sauer Pistol paperwork and engraving, and an invitation to the Annual Heroes Awards Banquet will be sent closer to the next banquet as May approaches.

Your tax-deductible receipt will include an itemized cost breakdown for the premiums you receive. The total estimated tax-deductible value after premiums of a Platinum Lifetime Membership is $8,155 or $9,755 without the Sig Sauer Pistol. This will be reflected on your final receipt.

Your member funds contribute to our mission by:

Providing funds to dependents of law enforcement officers and firefighters killed or seriously injured in the line of duty in our coverage area which includes certain statewide law enforcement agencies.

Purchasing life-protecting equipment for local law enforcement agencies who could not otherwise afford it.

Replaces service animals who are killed or seriously injured in the line of duty.
