Houston Fire Department Captain Thomas W. “Bill” Dillion, 49, was killed in the line of duty on Wednesday morning, March 14, 2012, while working a blaze at an apartment complex in southwest Houston. Captain Dillion was a 22-year veteran with the Houston Fire Department. He is survived by a three children.
