Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Oscar C. Hill was dragged by a vehicle and killed in the line of duty on July 22, 2000 when he sustained life-threatening injuries. He later died in the line of duty July 22, 2000. He is survived by his parents and four siblings.
