Houston Police Department Senior Police Officer William “Bill” Jeffrey, 54. Senior Police Officer Jeffrey was shot and killed in the line of duty while serving an arrest warrant. He proudly served for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife who is a retired Houston Police Officer and an adult daughter.
