Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Todd D. Holmes was tragically killed on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 when his patrol car collided with an 18 wheeler on Highway 59 near Marshall, Texas. Trooper Holmes is survived by his wife and four young children.
